Founded in 2014, New Riff crafts a range of spirits with a focus on bourbon and rye in Newport, Kentucky. Independently and family-owned, New Riff has set meaningful standards of quality in its production, distinguishing itself amongst the ranks of Kentucky Sour Mash distilleries.

Founded by Keith Hazelbaker, Prohibition Craft Spirits Distilling Company is a family-run producer of small-batch, handcrafted spirits. In 2019, the company launched NULU Whiskey, a lineup of sourced bourbon in a range of single barrels and expertly balanced blends and finishes.

The passion project of wine- and whiskey-industry veteran Mark Carter, Old Carter Whiskey Co. is focused on bottling unique, small-batch rye, bourbon, and American whiskeys as single barrel selections or thoughtfully crafted blends. Each batch is released at barrel strength with no chill-filtration.

Every year, Pinhook releases a new batch of bourbon & rye. Blends and proofs change batch to batch to highlight that release’s unique attributes and can be appropriately thought of as a whiskey vintage. The newly restored Castle & Key Distillery, in Frankfort, KY, plays home to Pinhook’s operations.
