In 2015, Preservation Distillery was established in Bardstown, Kentucky, by Marci Palatella, one of the pioneers of the modern whiskey boom. Preservation bottles micro-batches of their pot still distillate as well as blends of historical stocks, and these limited editions are coveted the world over.

Spirits Industry veteran Dave Schmier began Proof & Wood in 2015 with the goal of compiling a portfolio of some of the best spirits in the world through the time-honored tradition of independent blending and bottling.

Rye & Sons ia blended American straight rye whiskey distilled in Kentucky and brought to market by celebrated sommelier, André Hueston Mack. Mack brings a winemaker's approach to a rye released in annual vintages and created for easy sipping and affordable cocktailing.
