• Aged 7 years in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-rye barrels
• Small batch, blended from approximately 10 barrels
• Toasted pecans, lemon zest & nutmeg on the nose; palate of cinnamon bark, chocolate babka, and toasted rye seeds with a bright, gripping finish of fresh grass
• 50% ABV; Non-chill filtered
