Santanera is an independent brand aimed at reviving organic and sustainable farming practices—which have been predominantly lost to the tequila industry—with a deep focus on terroir and the fine points of tequila production. Founder Pablo Lara and Master Distiller Sergio Cruz helm production.

Formed as a partnership with famed maestro tequilero Felipe Camarena, Don Vicente Tequila is one of a small number of acclaimed brands leading what could aptly be described as the New Wave of modern tequila, straddling a distinct space between family heritage and inspired futurism.

Created in a collaboration between Altamar Brands and La Cofradía Fabrica (NOM 1137) situated in Tequila’s lowlands, ElVelo is an uncompromising mixing tequila.

In 2014, Rio Chenery returned to his family home in Jalisco and founded Estancia, aiming to bring unique Mexican distillates, like the ones he grew up around, to international audiences. Beginning with Raicilla, Rio has expanded the scope of the brand to include distillates from all over Mexico.

A premium line from the Camarena family in Arandas, La Gran Señora is named for Doña Elena, the family matriarch. 100% Blue Weber agave is harvested at maturity after more than 6 years growth, cooked in stone, then fermented & distilled in stainless steel.

Each batch of Lagrimas del Valle represents a unique vintage harvested from a single parcel (rancho unico) in Jalisco with distinct characteristics; each batch will just as clearly show the familiar fingerprint of the legendary Rosales family, distillers at Cascahuin in El Arenal, Jalisco.

Las Perlas raicilla is distilled at Hacienda El Divisadero by 5th generation raicilleros, the Díaz Rubio and Dìaz Ramos families. The taberna is located near the village of Las Guásimas, about 30 minutes north of El Tuito, the largest town in the Cabo Corrientes municipality.

Mezonte is a non-governmental organization driven by a mission to promote, protect, and preserve the practices of heritage agave spirits, founded by mezcal luminary Pedro Jimenez. As a brand, it is the house label for the tasting room and bar and an independent bottler of unique agave spirits.
