With the same considered approach they’re known for, the Cabal team brings us Puro Portro, a cocktail-friendly banger that cannot be ignored. Produced from ferocious agaves sourced in the Degollado Valley—aka the “Valley of the Beheaded”—these agaves were harvested to individual maturity, the bullies still standing in the field at 6–8 years maturation, fierce and full of flavor.

Fermented using a proprietary blend of 80% Cabal’s carefully fostered yeast strain and 20% highly active breadmaking yeast, Puro Potro aims to punch far above its price, drinking cheerfully neat but with enough flagrant vigor to remind us why we fell in love with tequila cocktails in the first place.
