• Wheated straight bourbon whiskey produced by Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky
• Mash bill of 73% white corn, 10% wheat, 17% malted barley
• Grains are sourced from Walnut Grove Farm in Adairville, Kentucky, and Star of the West Milling Company in Frankenmuth, Michigan
• Distilled in 24-inch and 36-inch Vendome copper column stills and a 375-gallon doubler
• Aged 5 years in new American oak barrels; non-age statement
• 100 barrels blended in this batch
• Aromas of pastry dough, buttercream, baked apricot, honeycomb, birch beer, and nutmeg lead to dried peaches, Rainier cherries, sassafras, leather, and black pepper on the palate with a finish of brûléed sugar and sage
• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV
