- Aromas of pastry dough, buttercream, baked apricot, honeycomb, birch beer, and nutmeg lead to dried peaches, Rainier cherries, sassafras, leather, and black pepper on the palate with a finish of brûléed sugar and sage
- Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV
