- Mash bill of 73% white corn, 17% malted barley, and 10% white winter wheat

- Aged 7 years

At seven years old, this is a momentous release for Castle & Key, made using white winter wheat—a sweeter variety without the tannins found in red winter wheat—and bottled at cask strength to best display the boldest qualities of the grain.
