• Small batch vodka produced by Tenmile Distillery in Wassaic, New York
• Distilled from 100% New York-grown wheat (80%) and malted barley (20%) sourced from Hudson Valley Malt in Germantown, New York
• Fermented for 7 days in a temperature-controlled closed-top stainless steel fermenter
• Distilled in a combination of Forsyths copper pot stills and a Forsyths 14-plate copper column still topped with a condenser
• Water for production comes from a well on the Tenmile property; this water is modified by reverse osmosis to proof down the spirit prior to bottling
• Carbon filtered through activated charcoal made with used Tenmile barrels
• Bottled without additives
• The nose offers a pleasantly assertive sensation of fresh malt and white orchard flowers with an undertone of nuttiness; the palate is pleasantly ample, and the finish is soft and persistent

Sinpatch’s nutty grain flavor and weighty mouthfeel (conferred by its pot still distillation) are at the heart of a spirit that evokes a well-crafted newmake, with an accent that leans more uisce beatha than aqua vitae. It’s luscious in a Vesper, and a chewy, rich Dirty Martini waiting to happen.
