- Agaves crushed by roller mill are fermented in stainless steel tanks; tahona-crushed agaves are fermented naturally using ambient yeast in open-air wooden tanks
- Double distilled; first distillation in a 2,000 L stainless steel pot still with a copper coil and the second distillation in a 350 L copper pot still
- Expect a rich, velvety palate with notes of tangerine, clove, anise, white chocolate, dried cherry, and almond

La Mesa del Charco is the first single-estate Lágrimas release produced using agave grown by the Rosales family and distilled at Cascahuín. The La Mesa del Charco field sits nestled in a valley 1,469 meters above sea level, a wild landscape where the agave grows among campanilla flowers, eucalyptus, and guamuchile (Madras thorn) trees. Harvested once mature, the agave reaches an average of 38 °Brix.
