• Blanco Tequila produced at Tres Mujeres in Amatitán, Jalisco
• Maestro Tequilero: Sergio Cruz with Pablo Lara G.
• 100% Blue Weber Ceboruco (A. tequilana)
• Cooked in a traditional brick steam oven
• Milled using mechanical roller mill
• Fermented in stainless steel
• Distilled 2–3 times using stainless steel pot stills
• Cream, subtle earth, damp clay, orange zest, green banana, and a touch of chocolate malt on the nose; the palate is linear but epic, with long evolving notes of slate and graphite, sea salt and chocolate, pink peppercorn and candied carrots, with a hint of jasmine and sweet peppers. One to savor.
