• Distilled by MGP in Lawrenceburg, Indiana
• Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley
• Aged 8 years; 7 years in charred new American oak barrels at MGP in Indiana and finished for 1 year in Laird’s apple brandy barrels at Proof and Wood’s aging facility in Kentucky
• 10 barrels produced
• High-toned notes of Red Delicious apple and Bartlett pear combine with brown butter, cinnamon, and cigar wrapper on the nose and evolve into ample caramel, rye bread, and cinnamon on the palate, with the rye lending spice and tannin for a lingering dry finish
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 55% ABV
