• 2026 vintage straight rye whiskey produced by Pinhook Whiskey
• Distilled at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky; blended by Pinhook Co-founder and Master Blender Sean Josephs
• Mash bill of 60% rye, 20% corn, 20% malted barley; all grain non-GMO
• Distilled in a Vendome copper column still and 375-gallon doubler
• Aged over 4 years in char #4 new American oak barrels; non-age statement
• Proofed with ground-fed, limestone-filtered spring water
• The nose is bright and fresh, leading with Granny Smith apple and garden mint, deepening (the expression is now matured an extra year) to clove and vanilla. The palate is rich with baked pear, black licorice, caramel, and bright notes of cinnamon that lead to a balanced, lengthy finish.
• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV
