• Produced from a mash bill of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley
• Open top, sweet mash fermented in cypress vats for 5 days using wild Appalachian yeast
• Double copper pot distilled
• Aged a minimum of 6 years; finished in Madeira wine casks for 7 months; non-age statement
• Toffee, overripe red fruits, apple pie, and oxidized rose on the nose precede a gorgeously dense and creamy, full-bodied palate of vanilla and raisin with a sweet, viscous finish of dry mint, nutmeg, and juniper
• Gold medalist at the 2024 San Francisco World Spirits Competition
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 49.95% ABV
