• Mash bill of 74% corn, 18% rye, and 8% malted barley
• Aged 13 years in new charred American oak
• Aromas of peanut skin, clove, Cinnamon Teddy Grahams, magnolia blossom, and pipe tobacco lead to a palate of Bartlett pear, vanilla custard, and starfruit with walnut oil and lemon zest on a mineral-forward finish
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 70.7% ABV (ABV will vary barrel to barrel)
