• Limited-edition organic single malt Scotch whisky produced by Nc’nean in Drimnin, Scotland (Western Highlands)
• Distilled from 100% organic-certified malted Scottish barley
• Twice distilled in copper pot stills
• Aged in a combination of shaved, toasted, and re-charred (STR) red wine casks (74%), ex–Oloroso sherry butts (19%), and ex–Rivesaltes casks (7%); non-age statement
• Dark chocolate, dried cherry, and crème brûlée on the nose precede a rich, velvety palate of spiced plum jam, candied orange peel, and notes of s’mores throughout with honeyed graham cracker, a hint of charred marshmallow, and warm cacao
• Only 630 bottles available in the US
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; 48.5% ABV

Each Quiet Rebels expression is composed of barrels selected by a different distillery team member, allowing for unique, personalized interpretations of Nc’nean’s house style. For this release, Distillery Manager Gordon Wood set out to create an exceptionally moreish blend as he believes a great whisky should “leave your mouth looking for more.” Note the inclusion of Rivesaltes casks—a French fortified wine with a flavor profile that lands in between that of sherry, port, and Madeira—which provides acidic, fermented tropical fruit flavors to balance the richness of the STR and Oloroso sherry casks.
