• Aged in a refill hogshead until 2019 when it was re-racked by Epicurean Selection in a first-fill bourbon hogshead
• Bottled on October 4^th, 2022; Aged over 13 years
• 259 bottles produced in total
• No added coloring
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 54% ABV

Founded in 1971, the bashful distillery of Mannochmore [man•och•moor] lies slightly off the beaten path of the commonly traversed Speyside distillery tour. Here, its signature fruity style derived from clear wort and long fermentation is given compelling structure by its time in first-fill ex-bourbon.
