• 100% Sangiovese from 2 ha. of vineyards comprised of marly limestone soil
• All Montalcino fruit, just not from vineyards classified to produce Rosso di Montalcino or Brunello di Montalcino.
• Fermentation in stainless steel
• Aged 8 months in tonneaux (1/3 new, 1/3 second passage, 1/3 third passage), followed by 8 months in the bottle before release
