This wine spotlights unique characteristics from all three of Wiemer’s vineyard sites. Small selections of grapes are meticulously chosen from specifically identified lots, which are fermented separately and then blended to create an exquisite balance of juiciness, freshness, and minerality. It is 40% Josef, 40% HJW, and 20% Magdalena fruit, fermented dry, and finishes with a 0.8% RS and 12.5% ABV.
