• Non-alcoholic, ready-to-drink Mezcal Negroni-inspired aperitivo produced by St. Agrestis in Greenpoint, Brooklyn
• Packaged in individual 200ml (6.8 oz) glass bottles
• Made with the same botanicals as those used for the St. Agrestis Phony Negroni (30 botanicals featuring Sicilian citrus, wild juniper from Tuscany, gentian root, and hibiscus)
• In addition, cactus pads (nopales) from Mexico are smoked in a custom-built smoker
• Botanicals are individually macerated in water and combined in precise proportions to mimic the smoky, earthy, and bitter-sweet balance of a perfectly made Mezcal Negroni
• Lightly carbonated for a touch of spritely effervescence
• Sweetened with organic cane sugar
• No artificial coloring
