Navarra Tinto 'Santa Cruz de Artazu'

- Vineyards: Located in the village of Artazu between 450 and 600m above sea level on clay-limestone
- Vinification in stainless-steel open top vats with cold maceration for 24-48hours. Fermentation for 10 – 12 days with cap management and a brief pumping over. Malolactic in barrel.
- Aged in 500-litrer French oak barrels for 12 months
