"Yet another very elegant and fine interpretation of this 100 year old vineyard. The wine spends 12 months in oak which is already very well integrated, bringing just a hint of fine-grained oak tannin and balsamic freshness. The wine is perfumed and floral with a silky smooth texture while red berry fruit combines on the palate with herbal notes reflecting the vineyard,s surrounds. It is an accomplished wine with a pure Navarran character. 2024-32"

"The 2023 Santa Cruz de Artazu comes from vines grafted onto Rupestris rootstock in San Martín de Unx, Navarra—an area prone to millerandage. Aromas of blue fruit, cherry and floral notes lead into a fleshy, structured palate with volume and bright freshness. Intense and expressive, with plenty of flavor and energy, this is a bold Garnacha that delivers structure without compromising drinkability."

"A fresh, nuanced and spicy nose with touches of white pepper, red berries and grilled grapefruit. Firm, fine-veined tannins highlight tension and cohesiveness on the medium-to full-bodied palate. Quite long, peppery and minerally in the finish. From organically grown grapes. Drink or hold."

"The phenomenal 2021 Santa Cruz de shows even better than last year and is evolving very slowly. 2021 was a very good and balanced vintage in Navarra, and the wine shows the completeness of the year, combining power with elegance. It's perfumed but with restraint, tasty and long, with abundant, very fine-grained tannins. It should develop nicely and slowly in bottle. 4,020 bottles produced. It was bottled in September 2023."
