• Distilled in a 25-foot copper continuous still and thumper
• Aged for a minimum of 4 years in new 53-gallon charred American oak barrels; finished in sherry barrels sourced from local wineries
• McKenzie Rye is bursting with nougat, dark chocolate, and dried red fruit
• NY Farm Distillery License eligible
• Non-chill filtered; 45.5% ABV
