• Pistachio cream liqueur produced by Rossa Srl in Misterbianco, Catania, Italy, under the Liquori dell’Etna label
• Base spirit distilled from wheat
• Pistachio paste is combined with alcohol, sugar beet sugar, water, and skimmed milk powder and rested in stainless steel for 2 days
• The resulting liqueur is filtered before bottling
• Aromas of eggnog garnished with grated nutmeg continue to the palate, balanced with white pepper, lemon zest, and above all, dimensional pistachio with both shell bitterness and verdant green nuttiness
• 17% ABV
