• BCS Gray Label Bourbon is a blend of straight bourbons distilled in Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky; aged 11–17 years; non-chill filtered and bottled at a cask strength of 50.29% ABV
• BCS Gray Label Dovetail is a blend of whiskies distilled in Indiana, Tennessee, and Canada, aged in the US and Canada, and finished in rum, port, and Dunn Vineyards cabernet barrels; aged 11–20 years; non-chill filtered and bottled at a cask strength of 65.77% ABV
• BCS Seagrass is a blend of rye whiskies distilled in Canada and finished in Martinique rhum, Madeira, and apricot brandy casks; aged 16 years; non-chill filtered and bottled at a cask strength of 65.41% ABV
