"The nose balances leading aromas of wild strawberries and cherries with abundant salt, crushed shells and a hint of spicy pepper. On the palate, blood orange fortifies more ripe and tart tiny berries, in the face of that same dense salinity and mouthwatering acid. Torre Mora. —D.C."

"The 2023 Etna Rosso Cauru opens with a dusty, delicate blend of dried violet, crushed rocks and citrus-laced blackberries. It is juicy in style with vibrant acidity elevating ripe red and black fruits. A subtle mineral tinge lingers alongside a hint of blackberry as the 2023 finishes fresh with gently chewy persistence."

"Trilling with cherry, strawberry and raspberry fruit. Pure, spunky, jewelled freshness of fruit. Spilling over with all the fullness of deliciousness. A little rattle-and-hum of tiny-shiny-pebble minerality and dinky kiss-me-quick tannins. This is joyfully delicious! Snap it up from Majestic! GV (TC) 13%"

"Mediterranean scrub, wild rose and wild red berry mingle with whiffs of dark spice and smoky flint on the delightful 2021 Etna Rosso Cauru from Torre Mora. A blend of 85% Nerello Mascalese and 15% Nerello Cappuccio, the smooth, light-bodied palate features Morello cherry, raspberry, licorice and saline alongside polished tannins. Made to be drunk young, it's lithe and accessible so enjoy soon. Drink through 2027. Abv: 13%"

"The nose opens first with the aromas of flinty volcanic soil and crushed shells before bright, wild cherries and bitter, exotic citrus notes join. Cherries, strawberries and raspberries warm the palate before more citrus and earth metals bring energy and contour to the finish. Skurnik Wines, Inc. —D.C."
