"This super white is really focused, featuring a linear line of salty fruit with apple and lime undertones. Full but tight, it has great length and presence. Drink now or hold."

"A whiff of confectionary spice blows off to reveal notes of peach sorbet and sweet white flowers as the 2023 Etna Bianco Superiore Salice blossoms in the glass. Silken and pliant, this impresses further with its graceful character and ripe pit fruits, contrasted by a saline core of minerality. It finishes dramatically long and opulent yet cleans up beautifully with a resonant lemony concentration."

"A mouthwatering white, with well-cut, fine china–like acidity and a lovely range of mirabelle plum, pink grapefruit pith, raw almond and chamomile notes through the minerally, saline-laced finish. Drink now through 2030. —A.N."

"A relatively new acquisition for Marco de Grazia sees vines planted in Milo at 600-750m above sea level. Fermented and matured for nine months in 5hl and 10hl French oak botti, it has a classic oyster shell scent with lemon and orange peel nuance and some aromatic floral overtones. In the mouth it's bright and vivacious, offering a juicy mouthful of pineapple, lemon, peach, mango and yuzu in a structured framework of wood tannins and saline acidity. Superb."

"The 2022 Etna Bianco Superiore Le Vigne Niche Salice entices with a mineral-laden bouquet that blends white flowers and pine with chalk dust and cardamon. Soft and round, it fills the palate with a savory herbal thrust and white pit fruits, taking on a salty flourish toward the close. The Saline finishes with medium length and salty flourish while. A gentle tension slowly fades."
