"This super white is really focused, featuring a linear line of salty fruit with apple and lime undertones. Full but tight, it has great length and presence. Drink now or hold."

"A mouthwatering white, with well-cut, fine china–like acidity and a lovely range of mirabelle plum, pink grapefruit pith, raw almond and chamomile notes through the minerally, saline-laced finish. Drink now through 2030. —A.N."

"A relatively new acquisition for Marco de Grazia sees vines planted in Milo at 600-750m above sea level. Fermented and matured for nine months in 5hl and 10hl French oak botti, it has a classic oyster shell scent with lemon and orange peel nuance and some aromatic floral overtones. In the mouth it's bright and vivacious, offering a juicy mouthful of pineapple, lemon, peach, mango and yuzu in a structured framework of wood tannins and saline acidity. Superb."

"The 2022 Etna Bianco Superiore Le Vigne Niche Salice entices with a mineral-laden bouquet that blends white flowers and pine with chalk dust and cardamon. Soft and round, it fills the palate with a savory herbal thrust and white pit fruits, taking on a salty flourish toward the close. The Saline finishes with medium length and salty flourish while. A gentle tension slowly fades."
