This release opens on the nose with Pink Lady apples layered alongside sticky toffee pudding and bright orange marmalade, with the sherry influence clearly present, adding depth and a rich, dark-fruited sweetness. On the palate, it leans into a dessert-driven profile, offering honey butter on whole grain toast, soft marshmallow, and warm banana bread, with a comforting, nostalgic note reminiscent of tzimmes. The mouthfeel is lush and full, with a rounded, velvety texture and mid-weight tannins that provide structure without overpowering.
