Creme de Peche de Vigne (Peach Liqueur)

• Pêche de Vigne de Bourgogne liqueur made in Nuits-Saint-Georges in Burgundy, France, by Joseph Cartron
• Peaches sourced from the slopes of the Hautes Côtes de Bourgogne are macerated in neutral sugar beet distillate for 10–12 weeks in stainless steel vats at room temperature (extensive maceration extracts flavor from both the flesh and the pits)
• After decanting and filtering, crystalized sugar derived from sugar beets is slowly incorporated
• 18% ABV

Fresh and juicy peach creates new dimension when used as a complementary component in classic cocktails. Try a quarter ounce in an Old Fashioned or Japanese highball.
