- Concord grape, fudge, elderberry, and walnut shell on the nose precede a punchy palate of syrupy grenadine, hazelnut liqueur, poppyseed, hay, and buttered popcorn with an earthy, medicinal finish of eucalyptus, menthol, radish, and leather
- Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 70% ABV
This exceptional Canadian whisky blend is composed of hand-selected whisky barrels that were matured for thirty-three years in their original casks before resting in French oak and ex–Oloroso sherry casks at Barrell’s Louisville aging facility.

"A whole lot of wood on the nose (sawdust, lumberyard, and paper bag), plus roasted grain, caramel, cocoa powder, and milk chocolate. The palate is a doozy, so have your tissues (and water) at the ready—relentless cinnamon heat coats the mouth, but with time (and again, that water), white pepper, rich hot chocolate, nougat, Heath bar, and baking spice come out. The finish is big and bold, and perfect for those who like whisky that packs a punch."
