  • Maple brûlée barrel was toasted and recoopered by Tonnellerie Moreau cooperage in Notre-Dame-de-Stanbridge, Quebec, Canada
  • Non-chill filtered; 57.5% ABV

The nose of NULU Maple Brûlée Barrel B1054 opens with oak tannin, warm baking spice, and a restrained maple accent layered over nougat-like sweetness. The palate is waxy, oily, and slightly sweeter than previous barrels, shifting toward bright, chewy red-fruit character. Red currant, raspberry, and jammy red candy notes drive the profile while confectionery tones linger on the finish. Overall, it’s a vibrant, fruit-forward Maple Brûlée cask that remains balanced and seamlessly integrated at full proof.”—Skurnik Whisk(e)y Portfolio
