• Aged for a minimum of 5 years
• Proofed with ground-fed, limestone-filtered spring water
• Warm, rich aromas of molasses, roasted peanuts, and caramel transition to a dense palate of baked apricot, vanilla, and burnt sugar
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 59.1% ABV

Replacing the annual High Proof expressions, Pinhook’s inaugural Cask Strength Bourbon boasts an impressive five-year age statement and a change in mash bill from last year’s vintage to align with the core 2024 straight bourbon.
