• Bonded four grain straight bourbon whiskey produced by Neeley Family Distillery in Sparta, Kentucky
• Small batch vatting of 7 barrels selected by Rebekah Neeley
• Mash bill of 63% corn, 17% oat, 12% malted barley, and 8% wheat
• Open top, sweet mash fermented in cypress vats for 5 days using wild Appalachian yeast
• Triple copper pot distilled
• Aged 4 years in char #2 barrels
• Fresh honey and milk chocolate on the nose precede a palate of oatmeal cookie and toasted marshmallow with sweet oak on the finish
• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV

Produced in accordance with the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this approachable four grain bourbon is the first bottled in bond bourbon released under the Neeley Family Distillery label. Distilled by Royce Neeley and blended by Rebekah Neeley, each small batch vatting emphasizes the lighter floral and honeyed granola flavors found in select barrels of the distillery’s oat-driven four grain bourbon.
