Beach Plum Gin

• Beach plum gin produced in the manner of a sloe gin by Greenhook Ginsmiths in Greenpoint, Brooklyn
• Made using Beach Plums (which only grow on the East Coast from Maryland to Maine) harvested on the coast of Long Island
• The whole plums, minus the stems, are macerated in American Dry Gin for 7 months and the final spirit is sweetened slightly with Turbinado sugar
• NY Farm Distillery License eligible
• 30% ABV

Greenhook Ginsmiths boasts the world’s first commercially released Beach Plum Gin Liqueur. Inspired by the traditional (and somewhat forgotten) Sloe Gin, Steven set out to create a regionally authentic spirit that is undeniably extraordinary. The extremely seasonal beach plums are harvested along the coast of Long Island, and infused into Greenhook’s American Dry Gin. Turbinado sugar is added to balance the liqueur and provide it with depth and richness. Greenhook’s Beach Plum is truly unique and a must have for every bar. 30% ABV
