RESERVE III marks the third annual release from Forthave’s extremely limited RESERVE series of aged amaro. More than simply a barrel-aged version of their flagship MARSEILLE Amaro, Forthave collected the spent herbs used in the amaro’s three-month-long maceration process and distilled them. This complex and compelling botanical distillate was used as the base for a fresh batch of MARSEILLE that was then aged for an average of four years in a combination of glass, stainless steel, and oak. RESERVE offers a new way to experience Forthave’s beloved amaro and is a must have for collectors of amaro riserva.
