Our portfolios are bursting at the seams with the finest beverages ever made, and to make things more comfortable this year, we took over the entire Metropolitan Pavilion. More space meant more room to get around and luxuriate with your favorite growers. The array of wines available to taste this year was absolutely astonishing and we truly hope you enjoyed the superlative selections from Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Hungary, Greece, Morocco, South Africa, Israel, Argentina, Chile, New Zealand, and Australia. As always, there was a spectacular collection of American wine growers present, representing every terroir of consequence. Be it the Finger Lakes, the Willamette Valley, Napa’s Bench, or Santa Cruz’s mountains, and we had all the greats on hand to debut their new vintages and answer your burning questions.
Grapes may still have been the focus, but this tasting had a massive array of artisanal ciders, soulful shochus, subtle sakés, and so many insanely impressive distillates! We’ve never had this many outstanding growers all under one roof; our excitement could not be contained. We hope you enjoyed our most amazing tasting ever!
