Vintage Armagnac 2008 'Baco'

• Vintage Armagnac produced by Domaine d’Ognoas in Arthez-d’Armagnac, Landes, in the Bas-Armagnac appellation
• Distilled in 2008 from 100% Baco on the oldest working column still in Gascony, built 1804
• Aged in 420-liter new and used French oak casks and aged in multiple chais on the estate
• A nose of green stems, watermelon Bubble Yum, and pink rose transitions to a spicy and mineralic palate with a touch of arugula and brioche on the finish
• 48.5% ABV
