Captured in Cabal’s distinctive “horsehead” bottle, with textured glass that transitions in hue along a spectrum of greens, evoking the rolling shades of a field of grass (or a golf course!), “The Caddie,” as the nickname suggests, is a single barrel reposado tequila intended to be enjoyed in the warmth of the sun. French oak casks were toasted using ceramic tiles—rather than charred as is seen in ex-bourbon barrels—providing a more delicate maturation that allows cask notes to dance more discretely alongside the focused flavors of cooked agave.
