• Sourced from a single vineyard site on the Washington side of the Columbia Gorge looking over the Columbia River
• 1,200 ft. elevation • Chemawa loam (wind blown volcanic soils)
• Native yeast fermentation
• 50% whole-cluster
• Occassional punch downs over 3-4 weeks
• Free run wine was racked into 500L used Francois Freres and Mercurey puncheons
• Aged 14-18 months
• Unfined and unfiltered
• 12.5% abv
