• Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley

• Rich nose of orange marmalade, fresh thyme, and a hint of clove leads to a full and waxy mid-palate that transitions with pleasant tannin to a finish of black pepper, rosemary, and browned butter
• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV
