• Straight bourbon whiskey distilled by New Riff in Newport, Kentucky
• High-rye mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley, all non-GMO
• Open top, sour mash fermentation
• Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by distillation in a copper continuous doubler
• Aged a minimum of 8 years in toasted and charred American oak barrels
• Produced with water sourced from a high-mineral, limestone-fed aquifer located directly beneath the distillery

• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV

Since its founding in 2014, New Riff Distilling has carefully set aside stocks of whiskey for long-term aging. This milestone release—the distillery’s oldest age-statement bourbon to date—delivers the savory, high-rye spice you’ve come to love from New Riff’s classic Bottled in Bond bourbon, but with additional years spent in barrel, this 8-year-old bourbon displays rich, oaky depth and a mellow, buttery finish. Due to the small run of production in New Riff’s early years, this release blends bourbons from two distilling seasons—each component aged 8 years—and is not labeled as Bottled in Bond, though it meets all other requirements of a bonded whiskey.
