Balanced out of the gate with pretty white flowers leading to corn silk and roasted yellow corn supported by a deep current of dried mint. Medium-bodied on the palate with fruity notes of canned peaches and tangerines developing into burnt sugar, bacon, and cigar box. Proof is well incorporated, and the finish continues introducing classic confectionary sensations, including marshmallow and oatmeal cookie.
