This Albee Hill is an exceptional one. Because the Golden Russets had a large crop in 2025, that variety features heavily in the blend, and so does its characteristic ripe melon and stone fruit flavors. Backing it up is the cast of characters that make up the joyfully chaotic Albee Hill Orchard. A slew of bittersweets and bittersharps for earthy, herbaceous background flavors and firm yet supple tannins.
