• Single cask single malt whisky produced by Spirits of Yorkshire in Hunmanby, North Yorkshire, England
• Distilled from 100% estate-grown barley from co-founder Tom Mellor’s family farm
• Barley is mashed and fermented using chalk-filtered water from beneath the Yorkshire Wolds (a range of open country hills that spans East & North Yorkshire)
• Twice distilled on Forsyth copper pot stills
• Aged 4 years in a Fino sherry hogshead sourced from Jerez, Spain
• The pot still distillation is both immediately apparent and balanced by the fino sherry cask aging with notes of baked apple, gingerbread, orange zest, white pepper, and raisin on a spicy, robust palate which shows lingering notes of passion fruit and apricot
• No additives or coloring
• US exclusive, limited release of only 300 bottles
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 61% ABV
