Located in Yorkshire, England, near Filey Bay, the Spirit of Yorkshire Distillery was begun in 2016 by Tom Mellor and David Thompson under the mentorship of the late Dr. Jim Swan to produce Yorkshire’s first single malt whisky, distilled from estate-grown barley.
