• Produced with water sourced from a high-mineral, limestone-fed aquifer directly beneath the distillery
• Three-day, open-top, sour mash fermentation
• Distilled in a Vendome copper column still and copper continuous doubler
• Aged minimum 5 years in toasted char level #4 barrels
• Caramelized apples and peaches, chocolate covered cherries, and orange peel with cinnamon, white pepper, and a touch of dill on the nose; spicy, honeyed palate with caramel candy, black peppercorn, chili pepper, allspice, clove, and nutmeg with a clean and vibrant finish
• Non-chill filtered; 45% ABV
