• Limited-release single grain Irish whiskey finished and bottled by High N’ Wicked
• Distilled at an undisclosed distillery in County Cork, Ireland
• Distilled from 95% French maize and 5% malted barley on a continuous Coffey column still
• Aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished for 6 months in ex-rum casks from Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados
• Aromas of coconut, lemon peel, nougat, fig, and vanilla are underlined with subtle tropical fruit. The palate highlights baking spice with notes of candied hazelnut and a gentle finish displaying a hint of custard.
• Non-chill filtered; 50% ABV

For this expression, County Cork Irish Whiskey is finished in casks from one of our favorite rum distilleries: Foursquare Rum Distillery in Barbados. These finishing casks previously held “Mark X 2007” from Foursquare’s lauded Exceptional Cask Series, lending nuanced tropical fruit to the elegant confectionary notes of High N’ Wicked’s meticulously selected Irish distillate.
