"Matured entirely in used demi-muids, the 2024 Saint-Veran Les Montchanins has a taut, stony, verging on warm slate-like bouquet that opens with aeration. The palate is very well defined with crisp salinity. Very pure in style, it builds wonderfully and gradually in the mouth, then fans out supremely well on the finish. Bon vin!"

"The 2023 Saint Všran Les Montchanins comes from south-facing vines that tend to ripen quickly and so is picked early. Raised in used demi-muids, this has a tad moreÿmineralitšÿand animation than the Pršlude cuvše. The palate is refined and elegant with perfectly pitched acidity, a saline finish and a dab of bitterness on the aftertaste. Superb. This will be mostly bottled en magnum."
