• Kentucky straight rye whiskey blended by NULU Whiskey (PCS Distilling Co.) in Louisville, Kentucky
• Contract distilled by Green River Distilling Co. in Owensboro, Kentucky
• Mash bill of 95% rye and 5% malted barley
• Aged a minimum of 4 years
• No more than 15 barrels per batch
• The nose is a beguiling balancing act between rich wafts of brown sugar and custard and a blend of fresh fruits that runs from plum to peach to pineapple. The palate is light but lusciously creamy, offering fresh cereal grain, grass, and fine-grained oak. Mint and candied ginger accent a finish that’s long and structured and persistently spicy and warm.
