Straight Bourbon Whiskey, 'Small Batch - Reserve'

• Straight bourbon whiskey sourced, blended, and bottled by Prohibition Craft Spirits in Louisville, Kentucky
• Bourbon distilled by MGP in Indiana; two mash bills may be utilized for any given batch: 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley and 60% corn, 36% rye, 4% malted barley
• Aged 6 years in new American oak barrels
• Green apple skin and green cardamom on the nose lead to lemon and peanut skin on the palate with a throughline of orchard fruit. A finish of arugula, lovage, and bitter cacao eases into the creamy, tart push and pull of a Golden Delicious.
• Non-chill filtered; 51.5% ABV (ABV will vary batch to batch in a range of 50%–57%)
