• Distilled at an undisclosed Kentucky distillery
• Mash bill of 75% corn, 21% rye, 4% malted barley
• Aged 8 years in new charred American oak
• A nose of brown sugar, cinnamon, baking spice, and milk chocolate leads to a sumptuous palate of chocolate pudding and chocolate cake, toffee nut, and a touch of leather and cinnamon spice
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 58.9% (ABV will vary barrel to barrel)
