• Mash bill of New York-grown grain that includes 70% Yellow Dent corn, 10% rye, 10% Red Winter wheat, and 10% 6-Row malted barley
• 2–3-day fermentation
• Distilled in a 25-foot copper continuous still and thumper
• Aged a minimum of 4 years in heavy char barrels
• Sakura blossom, butterscotch, toasted almond, and clover honey on the nose; a rich and chewy palate exudes brown sugar, clove, orange peel, cinnamon, and amaretto with a touch of grilled peaches, star anise, and brown butter-baked apples

• Non-chill filtered; 48% ABV
